This evening I attended my monthly ISM (Institute for Supply Management) meeting at the world famous SPAM Museum. The museum is located in Austin, MN, birth place of Hormel Foods.It was very informative and I learned some fascinating marketing and supply chain aspects of the lunch meat industry. Not to mention, I got some free SPAM. Did you know that a can of SPAM contains 1080 calories and 840 calories from fat!!!
